Healthy sleep habits is the most natural way to provide children the vital means to exponentially grow both mentally and physically during the initial years of their life. The quality of sleep they receive is critical. Uninterrupted sleep is health-benefiting because that is when the body starts repairing and rejuvenating the immune system, cell repair, and sparks growth and development.
