Tired of trying to figure out what tools and resources you really need to help your child sleep better? Here’s the exact stack my clients use with my baby sleep consulting to set their children up for success. I created this for you so you don’t have to waste time and money guessing what works.

A portable easy-to-install blackout curtain that darkens any room in seconds. Great for travel! This works wonders for parents who don't want a permanent fixture in their children's room but still want to achieve an ideal, dark sleep environment to help their baby sleep well.
black-out window covers
These blackout blinds use the VelcroTM Fastening System to get a tight seal around the window frame, without the light around the edges you have with black out curtains, liners, shades and blinds. Simply place the cover over the window and press around the edges to seal. Great way to improve your baby's sleep.
Compact, ultra lightweight, super-easy to set up travel crib. It folds down in just one move and fits in a sturdy travel bag. Foam mattress is thicker than other similar products, yet firm. I highly recommend this product as a means of helping your baby sleep well even away from home.
potty training mat
This is an essential if you're about to potty train your sleep trained baby. These mats use a unique triple-layer design to create a leakproof, breathable and reusable bedwetting/incontinence mat. Grid stitched to prevent bunching and lays flat ON TOP of your fitted sheet. This makes it easy to change out during an overnight accident, yet it does not interfere with your baby's sleep.
toddler sleep trainer clock
This Sleeptrainer + clock will help keep your toddler's sleep on track. Sam's eyes close at bedtime and open in the morning when it is OK to get up. Set at a specific time or by length of nap. Colour changing display helps to resolve your toddler's early morning wakings.
baby sleep sacks
To help your newborn sleep well, swaddling those arms can help with the startle reflex (discontinue at first signs of rolling). Swaddle 3 ways; arms in, hands-to-face, or with one or both arms out. These sleep sacks nestle baby like a soft blanket, without the risk of sleep-related dangers.
These are the essential building blocks needed to build healthy sleep habits for your children. Couple these products with the sleep tools I give you during your private baby sleep consulting gives quick results for sleep derpvied families.

Sleep Training Success!
Livia, Vancouver (5.5mo old)
"Can’t thank Adela enough for her help! How would we live without her 😘😘 The greatest choice we’ve ever made as parents was to bring out Claire’s sleep skills. I’m full of joy to see Claire sleep soundly & peacefully, and wake up happily in the morning! Bonus: No more sleepless night & me time at night. No words can describe how grateful we are for her! 🤗🤗 worth investment ever!!!! Never ever regret!! And I love how Adela guide us through it all.. very encouraging, flexible, gentle, detail, clear!
Note: My daughter was sleep trained at 5.5mo. Challenges: Nursing to sleep, wake up so many times at night, short naps, not capable to link the sleep.
Results: sleep independently, sleep through the night, capable to link the sleep, longer naps, sleep everywhere (on carrier/stroller also fine), taking full feed during day & very good eater as well! Last but not least, achieve so many milestones at right time!! Good sleep— good eat— good development! 🤩🤩"
Claire, Vancouver (9mo old)
"My nine-month-old used to co-sleep and wake up every two hours until we found Adela! Although it’s only been two weeks, my daughter dropped the night-feed completely, and is able to take good naps and sleep in her own room through the night. We are so amazed at the transformation and beyond grateful for Adela’s help!"
Katelyn, Vancouver (6.5mo old)
"We started to work with Adela as our son was taking consistently short naps and was struggling to link his sleep cycles. I tried many different things but nothing seemed to be working consistently. Adela worked with us to tweak our wake windows and supported us to drop a nap (which I would not have been confident enough to do on my own). She was thoughtful, encouraging and responsive. We are now getting two +1 hour naps almost every day (and, importantly, tools to cope on days where things don’t go to plan) and we have a happy, rested boy and mom."
Lauren, Vancouver (4mo old)
"I would spend hours nursing and bouncing my son to sleep at bedtime, only to be up 3-5 times a night with him. Following Adela’s plan, I could put my son down awake for both naps and bedtime with no crying within 2 days. I wish I had used Sleep Baby Coach for my first baby :)"
C. Heather, Vancouver (8mo old)
"I am so thankful for Adelas help! Her kind, calm, and friendly direction has completely changed our home life. We noticed immediate improvement in our baby's sleep habits and had support as soon as anything arose.
I went from 8 months of full time co-"sleeping" (I wasn't sleeping... at all) to having our little one in the crib all night, and actually getting a full nights rest. Her help was exactly what I needed. I am someone who has very high anxiety when the baby cries and would doubt myself endlessly whenever we tried to do sleep trainings. With Adelas help, I gained a full understanding of what sleep for a baby should and can look like, and the reassurance that the crying I heard wasn't harmful but apart of the process. There were ups and downs but I felt completely supported and after coming to Adela, was completely at ease.
I would highly recommend her help to anyone who is struggling with sleep, not knowing exactly what to do, or is so overwhelmed with the endless advice out there (and all the advice contradicting itself). Again, I was a mom who had been co-sleeping for 8 months and was barely surviving in all aspects of my life (including my marriage, honestly this saved my marriage!!) to a mom that has a full nights rest, my baby naps 2x a day (1-2 hours each!) and I can put her down in her crib for nap/bedtime and walk out the room. No endless rocking or singing or holding her till she's asleep and then trying to transfer her to the crib only to have her wake up, or having her in our bed and "sleeping" in the bottom corner of the mattress to avoid rolling on to her... I can't believe it took me 8 months to do this... don't be me, call Adela!"

"Adela was amazing! I was so nervous to sleep train my baby girl, but Adela made me feel confident throughout the entire process. Baby girl is 4 months old and now puts herself to sleep for all naps and bedtime and naps have elongated to 2 hours! Thank you so much!"
Anthony, Vancouver (9mo old)
"Adela was a huge help for us - our 9 month old was having difficulties sleeping on his own and with Adela's help, we were able to correct his sleeping habits within a few days' time. Adela was responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our time together and gave us lots of good tips for the future as well."
Alexandra, Vancouver (4mo old)
"Adela was amazing! Our 4 month old son was waking up every 1-2 hours all night long every night and his naps were all over the place. On the first night he only woke up twice! And then the next night once and he was able to fall asleep by himself every nap and bedtime! Such a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend to any parents struggling with sleep. Don’t keep suffering when there is help available!"
