General Terms and Conditions
Payment & Cancellations
Payment of the invoice is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled private 1:1 consultation. If the invoice hasn’t been paid timely, the client's customized sleep plan will not be written and the client's private 1:1 consultation with be rescheduled for a later date.
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to scheduled private 1:1 consultation date will only be refunded 50% of the fee.
Refunds will not be given once a consultation has taken place and a personalized sleep plan has been created.
If the client chooses to delay beginning the plan after the private 1:1 consultation and sleep plan creation, no refunds will be provided.
Excluding any medical issues, the plan must be started within 30 days of the 1:1 consultation due to the age and developmental sensitivity of the plan. Going beyond this time frame requires a mandatory updated questionnaire, re-evaluation, updated plan and a possible additional consultation (additional fees will apply) or the client forfeits the sleep plan support package.
During the follow-up process, if the client is unresponsive to voice/text/emails from Sleepy Baby Coach Inc. after 2 weeks of the 1:1 consultation, Sleepy Baby Coach Inc. is not held accountable for a client's progress with the sleep plan and cannot guarantee a client's success with seeing sleep changes.
Expectations and Commitment
Completing the online sleep tracker daily is a critical element of the sleep plan. The sleep tracker allows Sleepy Baby Coach (SBC) to gather much-needed data on a child’s sleep which will help SBC detect patterns and make changes as needed. Sleep trackers are checked daily. Incomplete sleep trackers will result in delays for receiving feedback and/or limit SBC's ability to help parents and will likely hinder said child's success in quickly learning new sleep skills.
It is imperative that the client keeps SBC updated on any other issues or concerns that may arise. Failure to do so results in an inability for SBC to help said client and their child(ren) with their sleep goals. Seeing positive sleep changes and teaching children the skill to sleep is a joint partnership with SBC and parents. A child's progress highly depends on the parent's ability to consistently implement the changes set forth by SBC.
